Question
VuPoint 3-in-1 Keychain Digital Camera

I saw this camera and thought it would be perfect for AP. However I am new to this and I don't know how to mod this to be usable in an airplane, Can any one help me? I am fairly weight and $ limited and would prefer not to have a servo in there but if that's the only way...

It's probably a VGA (640 x 480) camera. I've seen similar cameras at dollar stores for half the price and you won't have to pay shipping.

What kind of plane will you be using it on? If you can use something a little heavier, take a look at the Aiptek website and click on Pencams. The Pencam 1.3SD can take thousands of pictures on a 1GB SD card.

I am using an unmoded dragon wing plane so probably not much power to take up an Aiptek camera. I was looking at the reviews for the vupoint and you basically pay for what you get, not very good quality, but hey for the price I thought it might be a good starting point.

Try THIS . It's probably similar to your camera.

Thanks chris1379 that link was exactly what I needed. And paintball_kidz I already know about the picture quality of these cheap cameras but again I thought it would be a good starting point.
