ST Model ASW28
Any reports on these yet? Anyone got one flying that can tell us how it goes?

Get a real one.
I know someone with one of these and he says its exceptional. He's very picky about his planes too. Apparently good thick fuse layup and great build quality. http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s...__(99.6in)_ARF They do a DG-1000 too. http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s...M__(102in)_ARF Apparently, also excellent and great to fly (if its your thing) |

They way you treat your planes, that nose will be off before you pack it in the car. |

It comes with the same radio and power train like their Easy Fly glider.
It only runs a 2 cell Lipo, but still plenty of power due to its smaller size. Wing two halves slides on a single CF tube spar, no wing joiner. I saw their new DG-100; it is pretty cool with its retractable motor. Generally, the ASW-28 and DG100 look good, parts fit much better. |

The ASW 28 the DG 1000 the Salto are all FLY FLY models, general glass work is good but they all need work to produce and aircraft that wont crack on the first landing ,none of them I would recommend as a thermal ship however , they are slope only .

Mr K was talking about the EPO version but a glass version was also brought in to the discussion and as I own all 3 of the glass ones I thought it would be good to advise that they are not floaters just in case .

Yeah they are $209 at my LHS with everything. Though I would not need the radio gear as I would use my own. But at 2 metres and a fyling weight of 520 grams approx it should be a real floater once its up there. Not looking for an extreme aerobatic glider, maybe some loops and rolls is about it. Relaxed easy flying. And the battery is 2s 1000mah which are cheap as chips if you want extras.
