Count me in for Saturday. Noon sounds good to me. Just need directions. Two of my planes are CorrsionX protected so the snow is no problem, and I have a helipad for my choppers. I'm ready and raring to go.

It looks a little cold, but I'll try to be there. Hopefully before 1pm. Don't worry Mike. I know where it's at.

Here is a link to the 808 keychain camera that we discussed out at Springers place.

This one has the wide angle lens.

Well, it was another great day to fly foamies in SE Mich! If I counted right we had 8 folk (plus one dog ) out by the pond this afternoon. No pix of course as everyone was flying. Three hours in the middle of the afternoon hard to believe, in early Feb., eh?

Thanks for having us out to your place for a great afternoon of flying. Conditions we near perfect, and I was able to really push the distance on my planes given the size of your fields. Except for having to jump the creek once to get my Polaris this is an excellent flying spot. Hope to do it again soon.

We have a RCgroups members, MassiveOverkill and jameschen072, who have opened a store in Florida that carries that camera (ebay link) . Cost a little more but you will get it much faster.
Here is a link to their online store.

Would of really liked to have come out and enjoy the fun. Had a funeral to attend though
Good news was I was able to finally fly my new BB24 yesterday. Yep fly - not crash.
OK, I crashed a couple of times but damage was minimal.
Got the COG right - wow does that make a difference. Thanks Mike and Ken on your tutelage.
Yep and those blades ran nice and smooth too from the balancing.
My better half has not seen a smile on my face that large for some time now.
Ahhhh it sure felt good , I needed that after a depressing morning.

Thanks for the Link Mak. I've been looking for a reliable USA Seller.

Ken, I had the 808 #16 V2 with the B lens. I just sold it to Richard yesterday. I'm sure he would let me borrow it again though if you wanted to check it out.
I think it has some video on it from yesterday, although it wasn't properly charged. I'll be seeing Richard again tomorrow. So if it does have some video, I'll try and post it for the group.
I'm going to be ordering a D lens 808 here in a minute.
