Can't replace prop shaft...
Not sure what to do here... I tried to 'unscrew' this chrome part in the video with no luck... what do I do? Thanks a million...

Is the grubscrew stuck or stripped?
If it is stuck you can heat the piece up and that sometimes helps. If its stripped you can try a new wrench or cut your old one down as it can become rounded. If that fails you can try and glue the wrench to the grub but I have not had luck with this, others have. You can buy one of those stripped screw removers. Or just simply drill out the grubscrew. |

There are two types of adapter Setscrew(grub) types and collet types. Setscrews use a screw to bite into the shaft while collets use a compression on the shaft.

Is it bent or something? That looks like an outrunner from a T-28, I think you'll need a APC prop. Please give more detail as to why your wanting to remove it?

Theres a small set screw for that type of prop adapter,use an allen wrench to loosen the screw then the prop adaper will come off. The screw will be behind the threads and disc area of the adapter.. you can see it in the video at about 6 second mark. Its a solid adapter without cone.. heres what it looks like removed Adapter removed .
