Thanks to those who have emailed me as much non-classified info as possible.
Given the cost and my lack of skill/knowledge of MAV construction, I'm going to attempt something WASPesque. Feature I'm interested in include:
small size (to the extent that my selected components can be enclosed within the wing).
1 lipo cell built into each wing panel
efficient (and quiet) tractor propulsion
ventral skid/stabilizer/rudder (no winglets)
dihedral and the lack of elevon control

nice project nowell
if you put motor on top of central rudder could switch from tractor to pusher and find best flight time
rudder could be rectangle with flat front and rear?
now mount rudder to micro servo arm direct...vector thrust/steering
