Hand Launch Free Flight

I want to know if any of you guys know of a free flight hand launch sailplane/glider. I want to build a little glider possibly 2 or 3' wingspan that I can play with like a foam glider that you buy from Walmart. I want it to look like one of your nice looking sailplanes.

Have a look out for something called the Caproni 140. It's a scale foam model of a real glider and it actually flies pretty well.
Made by a company called union. If thesearch feature is working in the forum the search, several people have posted about these before.

Hey jrgii, I thought I would try one more time, see what you think of this:www.bmjrmodels.com . Then click on gliders. I was unable to find the aforementioned Caproni 140 but this one might be a little closer to what you want. Also might want to do a search on the web for free flight, and then check the various websites for gliders. Happy flying!

I forgot to turn on the receiver in my Carbon Delight once. Boy did it have a nice glide to it. Kinda freaked me out though. Must have floated for 300 feet. But is was designed by European freeflight guys.

Hi jrgii, I found a kit that may interest you. I am not sure if you want to build or not but here it is: www.easybuiltmodels.com , from the main menu choose, model kits, model glders , then gremlin. It looks like it would be a great flier. Have fun!)

Graupner makes three free flight planes, 16 19 and 21 inches, EXCELLENT kits [what else from the Germans?]. My son and I built the 19" Pito, and it's a fun little thing. Hobby Lobby has them, you can get a look at them there.

Good flying.

Bernie
