How's your weather Nick? Freakin cold 16*F/-9*C and snowy here. Hope to get down to Kansas(where it's always warmer than Minnesota) and do some flying with my brother and Jack Cooper after Christmas.

Nick,
What are the dates for your trip again?

What day are you planning to be on the Bwlch?

Time to start the countdown........

Tailslide

I still have not flown the new Wizard BPV. Guess I will save it for your trip now. I have an indoor meet tonight and family stuff comming up. I won't get a chance to fly slope until your trip. Do you want to borrow some planes?

Anybody notice that Tsnake changed his Avatar? I hope it wasn't due to my comment about unresolved issues .

That picture gave me the creeps though..........

Now, back to the log.

What, Henry J. Nichols back in RC business? Last time I stopped by, his son, I think, was selling video games from the old HJN shop, which was mecca, , in my childhood! Beresford's LHS was just a quarter mile up the Holloway Road. "Nag's Head" was the bus-stop. It was good, because it cost the same penny fare to get the bus from Archway road down to the nag's head as it did just down to "Archway", where I got the second bus up to Highgate, for school. I did arrive late once or twice....Was HJN or Beresford the culprit? Probably HJN, as they had better selection of unobtainable marvels and secondly, because it took another ten-minute walk to get there from Nag's Head and thirdly, because the gawping took longer at HJN. Beresford had practical things (like an Albon Dart which cost me 64 and tuppence), nuts and bolts and things...., but not so much to gawp at.

Time? For the birds!

We arrive on the 20th, and leave on the 2nd... I'll be honest and say I'm unsure as to whether we'll get to the Bwlch. That might be better saved until Tomi and I come over in the Easter, and the weather is a little more friendly.

Time in the UK will DEFINATELY involve a trip to huddersfield, (and our "floor for the night" has confirmed that floor for two nights is totally ok) But we're also starting work on Harold.. our Moggie Minor..

Ellie's a faithful flying companion, but I can't imagine her being at home on a wintery Bwlch time will tell.. and weather forecasts are definately a big factor...

Dammit... we're off track.

OH LOOK, A LOG!!! WITH BEER!!!!

Your words were like a dagger to my heart, they cut me deeply.

Just kidding, I didn't like that face either, I change my avatar as often as I change my underwear.
