FS: Kyosho T-33 Shooting Star D/F

I have a NIB T-33 that I bought off here a while back but I came across a good deal on a gas D/F so I am getting it. I have an 8 cell battery to go with it. All that you will need is the other accessories: speed control, recv., servos, the usually. I'll take $175 shipped.

I didn't know that the seller could do that (cancel the bids) unless there was a good reason like negative feedback and it doesn't look like that is the case.

Edit - After looking a little closer it looks like this is what some sellers do to get out of selling an item at a low price and so that they don't have to pay the higher fees associated with listing an item with a reserve. Could not tell if you had to pay the 'insert' fee even if you cancel an auction. Not saying this seller did this.

A seller can cancle the bids at any time in an auction, they can also end the auction at any time.

Thanks for explaining things to them Cue. Being that it is my plane I can do ptetty much what ever I want, also I gave 150 for it then bought a battery for it so I am already losing money at $175. I am in college and can not lose that much money, besides ya'll were not the higher bidders another person was so what does it matter that I canceled your bids.

The battery is an 8 cell 2400 pack.

I know its not good practice but it happens all the time on ebay. Its more like a giant flea market rather than an auction place. Also I didnt figure you were agreeing with me but I just thanked you for explaining it to them. Everyone gets mad when they don't get something for nothing. Also if you read the reason I end it it said that there was an error in the listing. So if no one takes it on here I am putting it back on ebay with the battery b/c the battery wasn't listed before.

8 cell 2400???

Unless you have the new helium filled RC2400's (I am the ONLY one who know where to get them!), you are putting a 23 ounce battery pack in a plane that weighs 25 ounces including servos, speed control and receiver!
Been there, tried that. Trust me; you DON'T want to go there!
8 cells of CP1300 nicad, or 1700AUP NIMH does quite nicely, though with the AP29 motor and Kyosho fan.

Might want to look at that list again. My name being at the top means I was the high bidder. Close to your asking price for my max BTW. And no, you can't do whatever on auctions, that is why you had to use the excuse of the listing being incorrect as the reason for cancelling and closing. Read your ebay agreement a bit closer. They frown on those who do no use a minimum to get out of higher listing fees by cancelling and closing early if they do not like the price.

Auction Cancellation

LarryFlew,

Thanks for pointing this travesty out. If an ebay seller pulled this trick on me; I too would be very upset. I guess the negative feedback will have to be put in this thread since ebay won't allow you a voice on this injustice.

One of the reasons you can pick when closing an auction is the item is no longer for sale.

We'll I'm glad you all know so much about auctions. My grandfather use to take me to them all the time and when something didnt bring a certain price they would no sale the item and continue the auction. Yes ebay has certain rules they like for people to adhere to but they are not enforced. I have been through it w/ ebay before on people selling me junk but they don't care. Why b/c like everyone else there out to make money. I wasnt out to make money on this but I couldnt lose money either. From now on I will put a reserve on my items that way I dont have to here any bi#@ching form grown men.

Yes I did and I am sorry for not doing it on this one. All I wanted to do was sell a new plane and get what I paid. I dont think that was asking to much
