Happy Thanksgiving 2008!

Stunning day could not resist to put some flights on the New Alfa Jug with retracts and flaps.... Working on the eZone review, could not be more impressed!

Great shot's, glad to see you are dirtying up your review Alfa's now too. She looks sweet. I was looking over some picture's of my P47 from the summer...man I really love fly and see that model fly in the air.

Hope you don't mind if I join the party...

Please do..... Very impressed with the flaps and retracts. Normally they are ultra cool, but not worth the pain of installation. This one was a breeze!

How well does she fair in wind? My eflite was amazing in wind, but this is much smaller. Also how well does this kind of material hold paint on and how good does the finish look? Im sick of epp and epo looking planes.

Alfa's are very lightly loaded - so wind is a bit of a factor for them. I usually quit flying them at about 10-12mph.

One thing - since they are so light - they buffet in the wind but also dampen quickly.

Airplanes don't know it is windy anyway! Ha!

The finish work and paint are impeccable - they look wonderful. You will skid off paint as you belly land however. They look FAR better than the raw foam on the eFlite.

They also ding and get hangar rash easily as they are so light.

Dosent the plastic covering on the foam protect them from hangar rash? Id be wheel landing only with this bird.
