Mine should be here on Dec. 2nd.

I can't decide if I want to make it into a smaller version of my Hangar 9 one in Donald MacLaren's markings or not. After reading "The Camel Drivers", I'm thinking about doing the markings for the U.S. 17th Aero Squadron. Hmmm... decisons, decisions.

What's this about alternate motor mounts? I already have a suitable motor and ESC, and it would be nice being able to use something besides the Rimfire. Please tell me more.

I think if you check at least the SE5a thread you can see some examples of the mount Scott references. While I made my own to use an AXI it might be a lot easier for some to just purchase a mount from a top notch outfit like Airland Hobbies.

Hi guys, the mount is one that I am having made by Laser edge..its 1/8th ply and has the standard 4 bolt patern for the motor.I hope they have used the same bolt patern for the firewall bolts. When I get back in town after the holiday I will post pics..My cable connection was down on wed when I got home..I hav hijacked my inlaws laptop for now..
