For my digital servo, and based on the picture you find on XMSeller's site, my Delay is set to 1 o'clock while Endpoints are on 1 o'clock. On my DX7, on a range of 0-150%, my Gain is set to 60%. My tail slider is set to them middle. I didn't bother setting in rate. So this setting is probably different if you mechanically set for rate.

Anybody tried this Gyro on a Gaui 200? I know folks are putting the GY 401 on their Gaui's so I figure this Gyro would work fine there too.

It should work on a Gaui 200. Yes, it has digital mode. Mine is set on digital mode for my Fusonic digital servo. Fine little gyro this HB-D-02. As tiny as your Esky servos. But I had to dial in some Delay to stop bounce on quick stops. This allowed me to raise the gain a bit more.

I really don't know. A lot of these GY401-looking gyros circulated since last year. But I have not heard of any that lived up to the GY401 fame. I got this gyro with doubts too. But I was really surprised how good it was.

Gino, is the rev/nor switch set to "nor" in reference to how you mount yours?

It is set to normal. But don't just copy anyone's setup. Always check how the tail rotor moves before you spool up. The direction of tail spin must be correct (up into rotor wash). Tail thrust must oppose direction of tail turn. If you get this wrong, your heli will go into an uncontrollable piro.

Rev/Nor has to do with gyro orientation (sensor direction). I know what you mean.

Well try it anyway so we know the difference in performance if there is one. It's also a bit confusing seeing those identical-looking gyros on the same site with vague reference to performance.

Xm just replied to my e-mail (very promptly) saying the 401b was much better so I'll send the other one back.
