Windrunner: original design 48" sport aerobatic electric

Here are some pics of my new electric plane. I wanted something to fly when it's too windy for 3D.

48" span, 29 oz AUW with 2200 3-cell lipo.

Balsa sheeted foam wing, fully symmetrical, 10% airfoil thickness.

Flies great in 15 -20 mph winds, speed of about 60 mph I'd guess. Glides almost forever with the motor off.

Hyperion Z2213-16 on 8-6 prop, power setup still cool to touch after 6-7 minute flight with heavy use of throttle. I'm thinking of trying 4 cells.
