Spektrum DX5e Trim Question
I have a Spektrum DX5e that I bought stand alone and not part of an RTF package. The only minor negative for this unit is the digital trim and not knowing where the trims are unless you move them to the stops where you get a loud "beep." All of trims on my 5e take 20 clicks to go from stop to stop. So to center them I go to a stop then back 10 clicks. Before I figured this out I emailed Spektrum (Horizon) and asked them how to center the trims.
They tell me it takes 20 clicks either side of center to reach the stops (40 clicks stop to stop). They tell me it is not correct and to send it back in. BS.
So, can someone who has a DX5e count the clicks to the stops and tell me if my unit in not correct or the dude at Horizon is incorrect?
