Speedactyl, your bird is way bigger than I initially thought! That's was some good flying.
I noticed a lot of wing flexing and was wondering if you thought about putting in some carbon fiber to stiffen things up a bit? There are some simple ways you can do that that Lee showed me...but you may know or have in mind what to do. Again, very good flying! |

I use BBQ sticks on this one and I didn't put full span only 60% of it on a soft EPP foam ,
Yes originally I did use a Turnigy 2211 2s motor but since the plane is under power I replace it with a 1300KV BlueWonder 3s Motor which is heavier than usual .since its a rush swap , dint reinforce the wings further and it renders my Ailerons completely useless. so far that flexing did create an roll stability advantage and best of all it didn't flutter. ![]() Duking each other out in the Air is fun , not really combat since we dont want to ruin our creations more so is it looks like a pretty hyperactive bird design originally is base on an earlier concept which I made for a flight sim ![]()
