I just finished my Turkey Vulture of Bob Hoey. Really nice bird to fly. As soon the weather gets better I will try to make a video.

olmod, I heard that GG expands when curing, is this a problem or am I worrying too much about it?

gg expands when it cures, but there's no pressure behind it. I put some low tack masking tape over joints where I don't want expansion, and it stops the glue from foaming up. If you want the glue to foam more, so it will fill gaps, just spray or drip some water on the glue.

Put an HD KeyCam on the birds back, looking aft... would make for some exciting video!

Wow!

That's brilliant. Terrific photography! The only time I've been visited by buzzards was flying a fairly noisy canard with a pusher prop. My plane that's supposed to look like a red kite has never had any visitors, though the crows don't like it.

well done!

Nick

Apparently bald eagles are more tolerant of each other, as this chance encounter video shows. The two "observers" barely gave me a second glance, let alone show any kind of agression. Can you spot them?
