The radio gear is set up standard mode 2. Throttle and Rudder on the Left stick and Elevator and Aileron on the right stick. The Stock radio does the job really well. Please always range check it before flying of course. If you plan on doing any high altitude thermal soaring, I suggest going to like a 2.4 system. She thermals really well. Power assisted thermal soaring is so much fun! If you have any issues with the product, please do not hesitate to contact me!

I bought a Hi-Tec Optic 6 @ 72 mghz to replace the short range radio that
was included with the GP Spectra select. I figure if i replace the reciever
with one compatable with my TX, I can run both ailerons down at the same
time to give me flaps. I've got a feeling with 7.2 oz wing loading, It's gonna
be a floater and with the small and tall-tree bordered fields that i fly from,
I'm going to need them.
