The NEW 4G3 submicro ccpm thread!!!!

I figured it was time for a new thread seeing as how the 4G3 has hit the shelves and there are a few people that have them already. The old thread was all about speculation, this one is about the facts, pictures, videos, mods, tips, hints, etc..... Mine is on preorder from wowhobbies.com

keep it clean

this 6 channel thingy, should be interpret like this....
throttle, rudder, aileron, elevator, gyro gain, idle up.

by the way, even though 4G3 is CCPM, i don't expect it to do any fancy 3D.
my CP2 also a 6 channel heli, can fly invert. but the tail is really not holding strong.
i never try invert reverse figure 8 on it.
the tail will swing violently once it reach a threshold...

Should have it in the mail to you Monday MK
I did get a load of spares with mine as well....all but the main blades (the first thing I will break!) The blades are running a few days behind the heli in delivery.
Not sure how the brushless setup will pan out. Walkera is making there own brushless upgrade kit for it but remains to be seen if this means we can build our own brushless combo and just plug it in. Knowing Walkera they have done something to it to make it proprietary but we will soon see

I was thinking that it has a six channel radio/reciever but only 5 channels are being used. With the unused "rudder" slot as the unused 6th channel.

((five channels being used are the three servos (mixed for pitch, elev, aileron) the tail motor(rudder) and the main motor(throttle))

at least thats what i was guessing.

Idle up is not a channel, it is a second set of settings in your tx. Your list should read th, rud, ail, ele, gyro, pitch
