I don't know why you need a 5th servo for a PT-40, but Tower Hobbies offers
good combo packages.

Try Tower Hobbies first. I think they carry combo deals on most Great Planes
models.

If you've been flying this long, you ought to know enough by now to be
able to make educated purchases, and put together a trainer.

"20 minutes and you're ready to fly" setups, and standard "assemble it
yourself" ARF combos only come with 4-channel radios. Tower Hobbies
does allow you to upgrade parts of their "Ultimate Combos" for the
difference in price, so I suppose you could order a PT-40 Ultimate
Combo, and substitue a Hitec Flash 5X for the standard 4-channel Tower
radio. The nice thing about the Flash 5X is that it's probably the
last radio that the casual flier will ever need. Nutcases like me need
multiple Futaba 8UAFS units, and a case of CamPac memory modules

Tower Hobbies is about the only place that offers easy-to-order,
pre-packaged combos with "everything" you need.

Do your self a favor. Spend an extra $100. You'll be thankful you did.
