Andy - Extremely well - check out the video on the Edge product webpage for a video of my less-accomplished thumbs on the Edge. Very easy.

The Edge is very solid in harrier, and relatively easy in hover. Keep in mind that at my altitude, the torque roll rate is about double the sea level rate. With a 12-13" (even 14") prop at lower altitude, the TR roll rate will be much lower, thus easier.

In a direct comparison between the Edge and the Velox, I find the Velox to be slightly more stable in harrier (the Velox is THE most stable harrier model I've ever flown), and about the same as the Edge in hover. Both very good.

No argument there; the Velox is what taught me to do a decent harrier.

Thanks Ben and Scott for the info. on the Edge. I have to agree the Velox is the best harrier airplane ive ever flown.

I like the fact that the 47" Edge is more less a 3s plane. Have been flying so
many 4s packs with the Velox and Slick that the 3s packs are mad at me...

I would guess that the Torque 900 with a 13x6.5 prop would work fine in the the 47" Edge?

I'm getting pretty anxious waiting for the Edge 540 to get here. The 47" planes are by far the most practical for me, so I've really interested in something different from the Edges and Velox.

Any chance we could see a manual, or maybe some closeup shots any time soon? Any photos of it flying perhaps?

Was there one there? Did I miss it?

I missed a few things there, Josh's crash of the Dalton comes to mind.
(You and I went out for lunch).

Here's are some photos of the 55" I took in my entry way this afternoon (too windy and cloudy outside for photos) - the 47 is identical, just smaller The decals are from ADC Hobby Shop and are superb.

I've mentioned before that green is not my favorite color but dang that looks good! Rob, great job on the stickers. I was able to reach Ben on my first call today so my 55 (green) and 40 (red) are ordered

Thank's for the pic Scott.
Rob has a way of putting out Great add on schemes/decals for 3DHS planes.
I Love the green metallic on the 55" Edge. (I'm also partial the Lime green on the 40").

Now that is beautiful Scott. I think I am set on this color. I asked the wife and kids tonight which color they liked and they all said the green one.
