WTT: Jett SS40 muffler for UltraThrust or Jett Sport muffler
I've got a Jett SS 40 Muffler that I'd like to trade for a 45 sized UltraThrust or Jett Sport muffler.
This muffler is tuned to come on the pipe at 16500 or higher RPM. I need the lower 13000 RPM tune point of the sport mufflers.
Please PM or Email with offers.

I have a Jett sport-length muffler and the opposite problem you have- I need the higher-rpm length! So I would definitely be interested in a swap. My muffler is in excellent condition, however I did drill and tap an additional mounting hole to enable me to mount it to an OS 25/32 engine. When I did this, I added a thin layer of JBWeld to the exhaust opening to bring the height of the opening down to match the OS. I later removed this JBWeld and now the exhaust opening is the "stock" size. The additional mounting hole has been plugged with a set screw. This can be seen in the photos. So the muffler could be used with either mounting pattern by simply removing and moving the set screw between the two rear holes. Since re-converting it back to stock I have been using it on an ST45 but the tuned rpm range of this muffler does not match my intended usage.
