I scanned a decal set from a tamiya kit mate & had to modify it with my editing program to make them fit the ducati panels & then reprinted them one at a time, it was a bit of work but worth it.

Hi!

Iw had a ducati for a while and done som mods to it, 200Mah LiPos, some weight in the "underbelly" to counteract for the lighter LiPo, weigths in riders back, legs and helmet so now it turns on a dime and traction is realy good

Now i am in "The need for speed", anyone knows how many amps the stock esc can handle? Can i put in a hotter little hoter motor without changin the stock electronics?

Thanks guys for a great tread about this really funny little bike!!!

does anyone know if a mini-z motor can be used in a silverlit bike?

I ordered a Honda today, i will recive it on thursday

Im going to use my beat up ducce to as a trial frame for mods and when i got everything sorted out Im going to make a realy nicely modded honda.

Anoyne knows how the atomic chilli motor will work in one of these bikes?

Im going to change the stock electronics for a 2ch 2.4ghz micro reciwer, 10amp ESC that has the same dimensions as GWS 5amp ESC and a 4-6g mivro servo.

I dont think that Im going to go down the direct steering route cause i can control the bike realy well in stock "HOR" setup since i putt a little lead in the drivers leggs.

Any tips and sugestions are welcome!!!

Its a shame that this tread seams to be dying out

Hi!

I got the honda from a store in sweden, 40 bucks, they sell the ducati for 30 bucks.

Here in Swe its easy to gett both the Ducce and the Honda since many stores have a whole lott of them in stock.

PM me if you are interested in buying one, I maybe can buy one here and ship it to you?

Hi, it is a shame this thread is dying i feel like i am talking to myself on here sometimes.
I don't know about the chilli motor, i only use use the losi 1/36 scale brushless combo with the spektrum 3500 2.4ghz micro receiver out of it's case & hitec 35hd nano servo as space is tight the smaller the better.

Cheers.

I have measured the stock electronics and the parts i intend to use are both smaler and lighter so I dont think there will be any problem to fitt them inside the bike.

I have ordered a servo thats about the same size as the one i test fitted in the bike butt it has much more torque.

Theres still two things left to figure out before I start building, should i go for stock "hor" steering or direct steering and what motor should I use, any tips?

Anyone tried to combine the stock "hor" sterring and direct steering?
