Nev you are the man!! at last some spares, my front pully getting a little worn, guess thats what an hour of running non stop with our brushless setups will do, they seem to run forever on a 2 cell 200mah lipo I have 10 sets of cells now ! this conversion seems to be so reliable not had one problem sence doing it
Merry Christmas !!!!
Steve

Nice video and better drive Capirex!
Yesterday I started my mod and here I give you some tricks:
1. Take out the stock motor from his metallic box, make a 5mm hole where the bushing and open a bit the box, then you can put inside the Micro BB, and with a dremel broke some chasis till you can fit it. Then put the motor cover like stock.

2. Servo: I have tried to install my own servo, but it does'nt fit, too high. Take out the stock servo, then desolder the potentiometer and his esc. The potentiometer is 5270 ohms, and I have take the esc from an other servo...incredible...with 5270 ohms!! You only have to solder the potentiometer with 3 cables to your other esc and the motor!!!

3. I use the micro Spektrum receiver and it fits in front of the servo without his box.

4. The esc is a Xray 1/18 and fits very well in the hole of the other motor but I'am not sure if gonna work,it goes front and direct to reverse....maybe with the ABS will work correctly...

Capirex, are you using a direct drive for the steering or is the chainwheel? I'am thinking about the direvt drive steering.

I'll try to take photos, I'am using my mobile phone to post.

Thanks for the link Lalain.

Here comes a few pics finished without test:

One finished with direct steering and pilot:

One side and steering damper regulation, depends if I take out the inner tube it goes harder. Rx and speed control.

The esc of the servo and the micro BB with stock cover.

Next some video and the knee wheels.
