That is a very nice model, but as the question was "had anybody done one with contra-rotating props", not on that one. There has been at least one electric done, that does have contra-rotating props, but I'll be darned if I can find it....

They're both 21-footers. This is how big Dag's plane is going to be:

Have you thought about dropping fake foam bombs or parachutes from your working bomb bay?

What about eggs? Just joking.

I believe some the fake bombs has will be drop-able. Some of them are actually his retract air cylinders....and he certainly will not want to drop them.

You're thinking of George Maiorana's 108" Bear. Here's a video:

Dag,

You should think about putting a camera in the cockpit. You will certainly have enough room.

Check this out, for example:

Just got home from a jet meet at Bomber Field today. Got to hang out with B.B. and a bunch of other good people. The Bear and a bunch of other really nice stuff was in the hanger at the field.

New technology for Dag?

Too little, too late - at least for this build. (I started to call it a kit, but I don't think Dag will be turning it out as even a short kit.) With an unlimited budget you can accomplish anything.
