Hey all,

Here are a few of my SEFF pics. Left for home Saturday night at 6pm after the BBQ dinner, drove to Chattanooga slept for 2 hours until 12:30 am then drove straight to Indy getting home at 9am Sunday. Needless to say I felt like I had been hit by a truck yesterday. This was the Best fly-in I have ever attended. I now know I was genetically engineered with 2 lost brothers who I now call great friends. I also got my picture taken with the greatest 3D guy to live who was also my spotter at the DOGS show last year, Joe Smith.

I am playing catch with work today and will post more thoughts later, and also how the B-36 and Emmaselle was received.

Thanks all,
Dag

I will also respond to the other post later today.

No, I think it was a nitro planes foam plane, very cool. Had like 10 servos in it. I have to get one.

You know what would be ultra cool? Next year have Damon fly the B-36 with Mac flying the B-29 and have them do a few formation passes. What a sight that would be!

Can't tell what's on the poster in front of the B-36. Do you suppose Dag has finally come up with kit and BNF prices?

I enjopyed the video. Thanks for posting it, DAG! Nice shots of your birds.

Bit off-topic but I think that I may recognize the B-29. Any details on the foursome standing behind it? Can't see the face of the guy on our right, but he sure looks familiar .... though it could be his evil twin brother....

Dag, I've got one of those. I'm not a foamie guy, but a buddy of mine didn't want his anymore so he gave it to me. How could I say no? I gotta say I'm very impressed with how it flies. The flaps are super effective and it makes beautiful, slow approaches and is a real pussycat. I fly mine with the 37mm cannons installed. Can't shoot up Ruskie tanks without those. I used my airbrush and weathered it up a bit. Looks great. on 4S with the stock power system it goes straight up forever. Not very scale. I also fly it on 3S, and that is plenty o' power.

Nice to see the Peacemaker out in the fresh air and sunshine. The video of the Emmaselle in the SEFF forum is also very impressive. Gotta get down there one of these years.

Yep,
But I like the 12FG better. I just love the way the channels assign. More like patching what you need where you need.

I am going to be making up my mind in the next few weeks what radio system I will be using. I am hoping to start closing up my wings soon and have to get my wiring done.

Thanks!! DAG
