Now you just need a CNC saw or something like that to cut the parts for you since you already have the design on the computer. Since the design is on the computer like that, if you had a CNC machine does that mean you could scale it up or down as you wanted?

DAG,I know it's not your style, but have you considered sending your CAD files off to a laser cutter to cut the formers and ribs etc? Doing so would sure free up tons of your time for more productive things, and save you tons versus having to buy your own laser cutter. I just think it would be a win situation for you.

DAG has family and work on his mind, the mossi cad drawings were done almost a year ago....... I am just slowly getting it into 3D to see if all my parts fit, and I do it late at night when everyone is sleeping. 3D don't make as much noise as a saw or sander.
