Do you have photos of installation, or better yet, a video?

Photos in a new thread as of last night.

I also turned down the charge rate in the stock charger as well. Hopefully I'll get a little more out of this lipo.
You can mod the swash.

You can also change your flying habits. Wiggle the rudder stick, the heli will continue forward.

Will wiggling the aileron have the same effect?

I don't think so. Wiggling the rudder takes the flybar/gyroscope out of its stable position, so it never gets a chance to force the blades back to vertical/horizontal. Give it a try, and tell us what happens.

I just mysteriously lost my flybar and i cant find it.... so i tried it without, its a terrible sight...

i took the screw out up top to relieve the fly bar but instead of breaking the hub it just flies off...good cause it may save you from a broken part but bad in my scenario

If you watch this, the heli that keeps crashing has no flybar (broke during filming)

I thought I would chip in and state to all what an incredible piece of kit this MCX is.
I’ve been involved in RC on and off most off my life (38 now), iv dabbled around with Boats, Gliders, Aircraft, and Heli’s both in the form of IC and Electric, having been out of the crazy RC world for about 18 months now I was drawn back in by seeing a post on “YouTube” after following a lot of positive posts in various RC forums I thought I would buy one.

Having just maidened the MCX less than a hour ago, im completely astounded by this little Heli, and amazed how technology moves on, the MCX feels so stable and so smooth in the air.

I think the MCX has set a benchmark now for things to come…..”TOTALY AWESOME” as they say in the US.

I was visiting friends in Florida, and I brought the mCX along to entertain them. After showing them the controls and switching the trans to low rates, my friend and his daughter (18) both were able to hover and fly it around. This really is an amazing heli, right out of the box. I only wish the batteries didn't go south after a few dozen flights, but they're so cheap, replacing them is no big deal.
