Cool bunch of planes. How does the Beaver on floats fly? Did buy a T-craft
after seeing your blog, not built yet though. Still flogging on the RV. Paint this month, should fly in November and then will get to the RC stuff.

The Beaver, flies much like the T-craft, just bigger and less floaty.. I've been toying with the idea though of switching it to glow. Another member here did some time back and has been very successful with it. The batteries are just so damn expensive. We'll see. I've been selling off a variety of stuff over the last couple weeks to help generate some fundage for "better" things like another battery. We'll see.


How bout posting some pics of the progress on your RV-8??

Try Hobbycity.com for batteries. I've purchased several and they are awesome. I use the Rhino 14.8v 3700 mah 20C in my Beaver and it's unbelievable! The best part is that is only costs about $60 bucks!

Yeah, I have to admit, I do have a number of planes. It's funny, I knew I had quite a few, but it wasn't until I saw them mostly all out at once, did I shake my head. Not too forget I left two inside and one is on the bench. I'm glad there isn't too many on the horizon that I am dying for. I'm running out of room in my basement.



ETA: Yeah there better not be any doggy doo on my driveway... Those earlier pics were taken when I lived in an apartment. Still don't know how I missed that. Thankfully those days are long behind me. It was a great place, but can't say I miss it or the area.

Actually I like the blurred better. Hey check out the Electric Warbirds section. The same company that makes my Fokker is coming out with a Camel. I have to check, but I'm pretty certain I have an ESC, some servos and a RX kicking around. I just need to by the motor and the kit. I was gonna get the Spad, but I think I like this one more. How's that Jenny coming? We gonna fly it when I get home next week?
