Any build suggestions, on how to install landing gear and keep the removable wing feature?

Beach - I would email Mike from DW Foamies. He's very good at responding. You can call the number on their website too. He normally answers it himself.

Mike puts the landing gear on with tie-wraps so u can just cut them off at the end of the day to remove the wing. Note: that's how he designed the landing gear.

Mike is very good to respond. I've delt with so many different shops/people in this hobby and Mike has to be up there with the top 5 of them as far as taking care of his customers.

Mike, if you see this I'm the guy you sent the manual to by email. I was hoping to maiden the 48" yak today but I wasnt able to finish it due to other things that came up.
The build so far has been so simple, parts fit together perfectly and this could be built with ease in a day.

I hope to finish it in the next 2-3 days, as I have the time. I will let you know how the maiden goes.
Thanks for everything you've done!!

Word on that. Mike is awesome. I had some parts get damaged in the shipping on mine, and he sent the replacement bottom fuse and one aileron out ASAP...FIRST, then proceeded to tell me best way to try to recover the bent parts with water and an iron, just to try while the other parts were on the way! Awesome customer support on top of phenomenal plane.
