Hey Sammy,

Get a good 600W dimmer from Home Depot and wire it up to one of the 24V transformers from here http://www.allelectronics.com/make-a...formers/1.html (Items TX-243, 244 or 245). This will allow a number of bows with varying thickness and length.

Credit goes to Brad for the above info.

It depends on the application. I'm not the authority on this, but I'd go 4 or 5 amps. Just remember, the higher the amperage, the thinner/longer wire it will allow.

Hey Ben,

Ok brother will do it that way now, Yeah Brad (Igor) is a good person. As i remember cutting my Connie sections with Mike at times had up to 15 amps but that was at top end for harder areas.

Thanks Ben for the info. Cheers

What about doing light weight foam...such as the blue or pink insulating foam 2" or less? Just basic cutting, nothing elaborate? Can you use a car battery charger connected to a hand held cutter(bow cutter)?

I think I said it right????
