More details

You may need to give more details to find the person with the right experience.

You don't have a location listed, so I would not know if it is real Depron from Europe or Zepron or meat tray foam.

What size and type of wing are you looking to do? Is it an undercambered wing or a fold-over wing? Flat bottom or symetrical? Size, thickness, etc?

Welcome to the ezone. Lets bucher some foam.

Good luck.

John

Depends on the kind of wing you want to construct. Theres a lot of how-tos in this thread:

It'll take a couple of hours to weed out the good information.

Checkout www.foamfly.com plans for sale, free plans, and all the advice you want.

If you want to make undercambered style wings you can construct a heat forming jig or use the cold rolling and tempering method. The best explanation I found is a dissertation by I believe genebond. Maybe Gene can provide a URL, I have searched but seemed to come up empty. If I find I'll post it, it's a gem.

If you can bend the foam without heating it, see '"how to makethe Hoot wing" at: http://geocities.com/hoppyfl

While you are there, check the "Devine 280" website which gives directions on how to build foam planes.

Oh gosh, that was pretty bad...but hey, it was close...the 'o' is right next to the 'p', and what is an extra letter between friends.
I better take a nap
