I got my click-n-ship label just a while ago as well. This means I'll probably get it Wednesday or Thursday. Next chance to fly is Friday, this Saturday is full, next chance after that is Sunday.

All, thanks for the kind words and for posting the great videos!

RCWingFlyer et al, our (awsome, hard working and probably really tired) shipping staff is continuing to ship dealer/distributor and individual orders. Lots of orders have shipped, with more to go.

Hey, we just posted version 7.46 of the software, located here:

http://www.eagletreesystems.com/Late...beta/setup.exe

It has the following changes:

* Distance to home is now LOS distance, rather than ground distance. This is more meaningful in most circumstances.
* A problem with the male voice is fixed. He's new at the job, and was a little confused about some of his words.
* The numeric parameters have some enhancements: the formatting is now better, so that adjacent fields have spaces between them in most cases. And, if you enter 1 or 2 digit characters for the parameter titles, this gives even more space for longer parameters to display.

Regards,

Bill, for Eagle Tree

It is possible to change between LOS distance to the plane and ground distance? Or may be ground dustance not calculating for now and cannot be shown by user choice?

And how does it work? What minimum sensors are needed for AHI?

Can Someone Test & Verify This

Hi

When I go from a bright scene to a dark scene like when you face the sun and point away again or a light for that fact, the video looses signal momentarily when going through the OSD.

Bypassing the OSD all works fine.
Or if the scene does not change quickly all is fine.

I'll post some video shortly to show you what I mean, but if someone else can try that and let me know it would be greatly appreciated.

What camera are you using? During early development Bill did some work to fix somewhat similar problems with some of the KX style cameras that were apparently quite out of spec from their documentation.

You need a FMA Direct CPD-4.
http://www.fmadirect.com/products.htm?cat=20&nid=6

You can get either just the sensor or the sensor and the controller. If you only buy the sensor you wont get any of the flight stabilization features of the CPD-4.

Bill at EagleTree is currently working on an adapter board to make connecting it to the OSD Pro easier. Currently it requires splitting some of the wires on the sensor's cable.

Sorry if this has been asked recently, but are all the units in this batch spoken for? I'd like to order today from ET, but wasn't sure about the ETA.

Thanks!

Vova, don't worry, I'm sure you will see more than enough OSD Pro videos over the coming weeks.

...Apparently what you did not "see" was the post Braindrn put with the video... :
"AHI is not configured so it just bounces around. I left my menu toggle in the wrong position so thats why the menu comes up. My alt sensor needs to be mounted correctly too."
Cheers,
Jim

AHI is still under development by ET and I have no doubt it will be great when it's finished. I'm content to wait. Meantime, I'm enjoying the great functionality that the OSD Pro already has. I shot some video this morning, which I will be posting shortly.
