Ok, think I found the problem, you will be happy to know it was me.
1) wrong model. Two anes that are pretty close, but RTH is different.
2) new plane didn't have failsafe setup. I saw that I couldn't get it to come on at all.
So now it is all fixed, ready for another flight, have to wait on weather for that.

Hi,
Just one question, I got a main menu popup yesterday, quite far from the home, I got a "kernel panic" and I touch the wrong switch and confirm the reset. Fortunately that was a very good flight "without" problems and I land safely at home.
In order to avoid that and to solve some other things I want to try the last alpha firmware.
Any recommendation about it, should I start a new config or use the updated one? Should I run a servo wizard?

This would be about the only thing that could sway me away from another ET at the moment. Auto waypoints would be awsome. Just site back and enjoy the scenery.

Waypoints and loiter would be huge.
I have the full Eagle Tree System on my Falcon wing. and it works great.
I have a different system on my X-5 wing that has loiter, RTH, auto landing and auto launch. All the features are controlled with a single switch.
These are the things that would make Eagle Tree Perfect.
Also a data base with different RTH setups in it.

I am moving my Eagle Tree setup to one of my new Zephyr ZII wings. But I hate the thought of starting the set up from scratch... it would be nice to have a starting point.

Later,
Gundy

Hello

Sets RTH function. Why am I Guordian during calibration of the system, setting the RTH feature turned on at the top of the screen constantly says:

RTH Engaged: Rx Failsafe Detected

I could not find anywhere, or do I have a failsafe feature is turned on or not between the receiver and transmitter long range. If you turn off this feature, always says:

RTH Engaged: Rx Failsafe Detected

I have a 100% signal, servo motors Wizzard I've done. When you move the lever on the Futaba 6ex, but this time the sign disappears. Then it reappears. Why this feature is always turned on? Have I set something wrong or forgot?

Thank you

m_beeson?

I'd just like to ask a question for some clarification. For anyone to use an Eagle Tree Component, one of the loggers is required as a the very most basic part? You add all of the OSD Pro, Guardian, yada yada to the logger.. correct? OR Can you use the Eagle Tree OSD PRo on its own with nothing else?

OSD Pro comes in a kit which includes:

*OSD

*e-logger v4

*GPS

If you want the guardian or other microsensors you purchase them seperately.

So to answer your question,

Osd pro is a complete package.

Got video ground connected properly?

Change your white/black settings.

That's not white/black setting issue.

I think you were right about it being a bad connection somewhere, or wrong wiring. There's something strange happening.

This is just a hunch, but I would disconnect the Microphone and try it before you go anywhere else with your trouble shooting.

If that doesn't work:

I'd try disconnecting every non-essential component. check your critical wiring, and re connect each non-essential component back to the osd (one at a time).
