Q, Is the nose longer on this plane than the SU?
On the SU, I needed to have my battery, (Gforce 1300 from valuehobby) 75% under the wing for balance when running an Eflite park 400. Just thought I'd ask.

Tail moment is longer, so the battery needs to be a bit further forward. The geometry of this plane is totally different.
On my SU, the battery is about 75% aft also. Q |

Mine might be OK then. I have HS-65s in the tail. I'll bet I'm going to have my pack pretty far forward... I almost got mine done tonight. I couldn't find one of the HS-56s I had for the ailerons, and got pissed that I had to stop.

Here's brg34 flying his new Kat indoor at the HobbyTown HobbyPlex in Omaha. It's a tight space, mostly used for indoor car racing and helis. He still does not have the decals on it. This flight was with a 3cell pack, but he also flew it on 2 cells. On 3 cells he's at 13oz.
