@Diggs: Gads, man! Use RUBBER heat shrink. That clear plastic stuff can't take the heat...literally! I was stupid enough to use that on a couple motor wires. Shorted out in the air (Dead Stick!).

Jeff, I haven't had the opportunity to fly one, but if if what I read is true it flies much like a baby Knight. And that would be a Good Thing, because the Knight is the best flying helicopter I've yet had the pleasure of flying.

I had it narrowed down to the Atom and Protos when I decided I wanted a 425mm heli. The Protos won mainly because it was more A123-friendly.

Looks like you intensified the EVC LOL. Whats next? A tunnel with axes going up and down trying to chop your vapor.

If theres any vapors at my local fly in I might suggest the EVC. Don't worry I'll say the idea is from Raleigh NC

Awesome..

We just became the only "offical" distributor of the entire Compass line in the US, so I've got an Atom 500 on the way to me..

Hope I can tame it down a bit.. I know it's a 3D machine but I think I'll be able to break it well, even as a quasi-noob..

Thanks man! I had a blast. Thanks for making up the new obstacles for the course. That high loop was a bear and took me out of the game when you turned it sideways. I am the king of no depth perception. Ask any tree at the flying field and they will gladly confirm that fact.

Thanks for providing prizes and thanks To Chris for doing that wicked cool vapor shirt. Also, it was very cool of 2DogRC to provide those discount cards! I scored one and might have to use it up on a Raptor GS for the next indoor. Speaking of, I doubt I will be back to Eden until July 4th. Air Conditioning, Food and flying to be capped with a big fireworks display. I can't see missing out on that event.

LOL, if I knew I wouldn't tell. However if you find out what's up with that, I would like to know too Can't say that I noticed it, but I found out Heather has a Bday coming up in the near future. I will not disclose her age, but it made me feel old.

OK, off to check out some FlightPass video!

Diggs, be sure to post if you start building the full-fuselage Edge from RCM&E magazine. I've been looking for a full-fuselage EPP 3d plane. I've considered the e-foamies ones as well as making an EPP version of the "Big Nasty" in the scratchbuilt forums. I need to get this magazine you mentioned and check that one out also. I'd want to scale it down though. Decisions....

Love the podcast. Keep it up.
