Iīm not sure, but what Iīve seen - you can define two separeate frequencies for two beeps - so I would think itīs what you mean.

I will make a small movie an upload it to youtube in the evening.

Viktor:

Thanks. That's what I mean... be able to differentiate the beep for low Rx Batt from the beep caused by Tx loosing contact with the Rx.

Looking forward to the short video you planned.

Thanks,
Rico.

I made a small sequence. All beeps come from the TX. You can hear very clearly a single beep when the TX gets the connection when switching the RX on. Later I have switched the RX OFF and a moment later ON. You can hear the TX beeping.

More and more this looks like the system to beat. Hope they come out with some tiny little receivers like Spektrum has. Don't need telemetry from them, but it would be nice for the more regular sized models.

Unless they change from the Meshnetics ZigBit RF module, I don't think they will get much lighter or smaller then the 5g Duplex R4 (4 channel) RX.

I just wish they hadn't made the two coax antenna extensions so short.

I don't think they used the Meshnetics board on the recievers. One shop claims in the Duplex product descriptions, that a small non-diversity reciever is planned.

In case the transmission works well it will be hard to beat.

The smalest RX they produce now is the 5g RX4, but there has been an announcement for a lighter one antenna RX.

I made a small movie of the RX4 menue when connected to the Jetibox: its impressive

As the RX both receives and transmits in the Jeti Duplex, I may have incorrectly assumed it used the same RF deck (like XPS with X-Bee), what I worry about is how long it will take Jeti to get the appropriate FCC certification for use in the US, if they are not using a pre-certified unit.
