Good luck.
Recently?
I'm still waiting for replies to several emails and calls sent/placed two or three months ago (issue now resolved but I was never called or emailed back by PA USA).. there are numerous similar reports.

Guys, I have already replied Brad (Hoke) through his mailbox.
I'm now handling many of our US customers to ease the load on our US team. I think there are many reports on that as well (quick and easy solutions) and it seems to be working well - I'm sure Brad's case will be sorted out just as quickly. I'm always available through info@ mailbox.

Cheers,

Adad
PA Team

I ordered up my Ultimate late on Monday the 10th, got a shipping notice on Tuesday the 11th, and recieved the plane impeccably packed and in perfect condition yesterday, Tuesday the 18th.

Now I can't wait to get some time to start building on her!!!

I'm still in assembly on mine as life always seems to get in the way. I work on it every chance I get but it's taking me awhile. It kills me because we are having spectacular weather right now and I'd love to be flying her.

BTW, the Space Shuttle has been making her rounds yesterday and today before she goes to her new home in California. Such a sight! You would think it would stay here in the Space City

And so the KE spin strikes again....
ripped my shaft right out and sent my beautiful VOX and PA spinner flying into the grass somewhere.luckily I managed to exit nice and land safely
Made a new shaft yesterday,so will run the motor tonight and see how it sounds.none of the magnets detached,so hopefully the motor is ok

Why did the shaft come out? What is supposed to hold it in?

What options are other guys doing? I've seen the aft most cross brace cut out and replaced using pins. Is that the best option?

That is a good option. I cut out top brace on the front side and strengthened with CF cross bracing. There are photos of someone else who did it somewhere in here....

I like the front brace being augmented because that is where you have to get at the deans connectors to plug in to. Some have actually modded the front and the rear brace...

I did the rear brace and made it removable with pins. The rear brace seemed to me to be the obvious one to take out as the battery slides in from the rear much easier than from the front (the cowl is in the way coming from the front).

Either way works I'm sure. Some leave the braces in and claim they have no problem but I can only assume they are gynaecologists in their day jobs
