$225 is a pretty good price as the Ultimate is a whole lot more plane then the Katana. Anyway, if you want a high end, great flying airplane you pay more. Otherwise, there are plenty of crappy cheap planes on the market for you to buy.

i hope it is a mistake or it might just be a bit of greed on the first lot of stock. like everything else. if you want it first you pay the extra. like every time a new games console comes out

I don't think authorized PA distributors are allowed to use such practices goldeneye; same goes for auctionning off on ebay or advertizing under suggested retail price...

I note that PA, in Australia, charge 219AUD for the Addiction and 329.95AUD for the AMR

Simple sums tell me that in Australia, they are charging a 50% increase for the AMR (329.95 / 219) Which I think is about right.

In the UK, the Addiction is 79.99 and the AMR is 195 (when it arrives). This makes a 143% increase.

http://alshobbies.com/shop/cat.php?id=320&Desc=

Given the 50% increase shown on the PA site, I would have thought that the AMR, in the UK, would be around the 125 - 130 mark, with an allowance of additional shipping built in due to the larger size of packing box required.

I have queried the price to the distributor in the UK and will post the response once I have it.

Reference previous posts, whilst I joined in Sep 08, I have been flying somewhat longer!!!!!!

How long ago did yu place your order. I placed my order for the iPAS Pro package, and still haven't heard boo on when I should expect delivery. The seller isn't being very sensitive to the buyer's need for info once that much money is committed. Everyone on the KMD and Addiction forums know i'm not the most patient PA fan in the world, and Adad certainly knows that from my incessant bugging them for a bigger bipe that would sell with their Thrust 50 motor. When it comes to customer service, I'm admittedly spoiled by Atlanta Hobby in the loop, and in this case, they're not. I had to place the order through PA USA.
I'd rather be flying.
Good winds.

Oh, can I relate!

I couldn't take it anymore, so I called.

PA said my planes are packaged and waiting for UPS.
No email info as of yet.
