Have a question about LEDs, maybe some one can help. If I wanted to run this or multiple of these, Rated 3.5-4.0V and 20mA, off of the flap switch, would I need to wire in a resistor or diode or something? And how would calculate what to use if for multiple lights? What's the output on a flap receptacle on an Rx?

Well with these set ups I know I am on the red line but!
I run around at 1/2 to 2/3 throttle most of the time with short bursts of speed.
people go crazy when these birds go by at 90 mph or so.
in the past 45 years I have burned up 2 motors. Not bad knock on wood..
FLY IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT !!!!!

At 1/2 throttle it pulls 27amp
So you could say Balls, I read a lot of the forms

That is where the 9.5" X 11" X 3 blade whent.. On the P-47 with the .15 - 950kv it looks good and it should move out

So I was flying my corsair the other day and she kept on wanting to roll to the right. I gave left trim and kept giving it until my DX7 would not let me do left trim any more. With the trim all the way left she still, although very slightly wanted to roll right. After I brought her in and took her home I found something called "Sub trim" and kept clicking it until both ailerons were completely flush with the rest of the wing (all the while my regular trim buttons were centered)...I think my setting is at R 50....was this the correct way to remedy this? will this affect future flight performence? ( I.e it wont roll as much to the right as it does to the left? )

I would set all the radio trims back to zero then mechanically adjust the clevis so the control surface is in it's neutral position. Then fly it and make adjustments to the radio trims as needed to get it to fly level at half throttle. From there you can start to adjust the CG back as these planes tend to be a bit nose heavy. Ideally you should not get a radical change in pitch when you go from half to full throttle.

me thinks it woulda been coolio to have the decal options to match the 'Marine's Dream' kinda like they did with the T28B Navy scheme...

wont that make one aileron more sensitive than the other in turns ect?

Brooklynstar23, your Corsair flew fine until this event, correct? Did you adjust any of the flight controls before this event happened? Something must have happened to your Corsair for this right roll tendency to suddenly just appear?

It looks like it includes two decal options, with one being Marine's Dream!

And it depends on how you store it I have seen a wing warp or the rudder warp and make it roll.
