molds

is there anyone with free time on there hands who could hunt down the molds for the cl models?
I heard they where stored incorrectly and damaged but even damaged they would make good collectors items or with some work they might be restored.
I asume cox sold them for scrap so tracing down where they went to ect would be the first step

I wonder if you could re-manufacture those with electric power if it would have a market. I love the small of burning nitro and cleaning up the discharged oil is part of the fun for me, but it did make the plastic sticky after a few years.

Maybe I should start a pole and see if there is a market....

If god had a cox collection this may be what it looks like

So yes! I love cox stuff!! www.engine049.com

I have all the new engines I seperated them from the cardboards.

I obviously don't need 35 Texacos or 300 Pee Wees. Wondering if anyone else wants anything they see minus the venom. I bought the venom and its a fake so ill post some watchout info!

I think it had to do with being a minor and telling people. and putting yourself up for adoption. Haha. Let me ask you a question if i sent you an engine for no charge would you be able to get a battery pack and starter fuel and would you have a plane to put it in?? I have a few old 049 engines I would give 3 craps about. someone like you would benefit much more than me.

I would LOVE to have an extra 049 laying around. i get my thrills by running them on the bench, tuning, etc. however, I do have a clancy lady bug that i am putting the surestart in, and i hope to build a micro telemaster for the brodak. thank you!

engine .049, do you have any .010 or .020's? no one is selling one as "buy it now" on ebay.
