Josh...I just had to say you've done a fantastic job with these vids. The camera shot to your Tx is spot on and the flying footage displays the manuevers well.

I like the solid corner window of the Tx better than a faded background shot.

IMHO, in stick specific maneuvers (hovers, KE, harriers), overlay is great as you can focus on both the stick and the attitude. In attitude specific maneuvers like take off and landing where the stick input doesn't change that much, then Tx on the side is probably more beneficial.

those videos are extremely helpfull BoneDoc..I flew my 55kat at lunch over at sod farm today at lunch...im working on those landings.that flare for me is little tricky but your vid helps!! thank man! that LG brace is a bit loose on mine.im hoping a little ca will sturdy it up

He means gorilla glue (polyurethane type adhesive). Best lightest reinforcement glue in the world. Great for extra help on landing gear plates.

BoneDoc, when encoding your vids, could you check the interlacing setting? When there are fast moving objects in your vids, they go all stripey - like the every other line doesn't match the others if that makes sense?
