Attention EVERYONE who intends to register for the Fly For Tots online:

Please try to have your registration in by Wednesday of this week, September 17th, 2008. This will give me plenty of time to properly assemble all Pilot Packages and have them ready for everyone on Saturday morning. If you plan on getting T-Shirts or other merch early enough to be wearing it before you get to the event, please have those orders in by Monday morning, so I can coordinate with the printer and have them shipping out on Monday afternoon.

Thanks!!!

Chris,

Already done. Have the shirts, and just got my mug today. I think I'll make some coffee and break it in. I'll drink it while I work on my OUTLAWWWW!

Can we sign up for the event if we can only attend on Sunday? I live in Cary and have always heard about this but have never been able to go.

I signed up at the event last year on sunday, as they were trying to reach a certain goal for the number of pilots. I didn't even have a plane, but did have my ama card.

Heck yeh! Come on out! It'll be a blast. I highly recommend coming Saturday night for the Higher Plane film festival and the night flying, but if you can't you can't. Will appreciate you either way

There will definitely be LOTS of partying and night flying going on, and don't forget about the Barbeque cook out!

Last year's Film Fest and the live music were a hoot. People were also night-flying while that was going on. It was rather humorous when, during a lull in the music, you could distinctly hear a foamy impacting the runway. "Whirrrr -- SPLAT". I've got my Hoverdisk ready (let me know if Robert Vess shows up, though).

haha,

Great event!!! We had a blast again this year.

Hey, I am gathering notes for ATTF and I don't have the name of the gentleman that was sworn in for the 4th time during the start of the noon demo on Saturday. Can someone help me out with that please?!?!

Also, I have been to two major events with East RC (FFT and SEFF) and have yet to meet you guys!! Grrr, I will fix that the next event we are both at.

Fred!! Great job as always man! Have watched a touch of the FlightPass vids, and they look great so far!

Also, what was the final tally for the amount raised for Victory Junction? And who won the big python in the raffle?

Thanks for all the hard work guys and gals! It really was a bunch of fun!

Yep! I have to get to the hill in Raleigh by NCSU you have been talking about on ATTF...maybe we can do some flying there. I looked for you, but no look. There was a sea of people.

This year was mind boggling. I have to get some much needed sleep, but there are tons of pics, video and more to come here and at the Fly For Tots website within the next week, so be watching!
