More from the hanger.

Also have other planes in the hanger that include a SOuthern Sailplanes T Bird which is what started the whole plane fetish off. Here she is after a re build.

T'Bird been sold to another lucky flyer Roachie.
Hope he has as much fun as I have with the old girl.

Looking at electrifying the Southern Sailplanes T bird

Can any one offer a solution to electrifying this 2 m glider, I have a T Bird FR. I would love to have an electric motor onto it but not sure if it can be done with fuselage spacing.
Is is possible to chop off the nose and place in the motor and redistribute the weight of the battery?
Current stats are weight flying 1200kg with WS s meters and wing area 630 sq in.

Any options.
Cheers Shane
