Workshops [AKA] Drydocks

What dose your workshop look like Here is mine . Yes it needs tobe cleand.
i share it with my wife and the recyclying center.

The wife said there wasn't enough room for the two of us.
So she moved it to the spear bed room we have.

But then look what happen, More boats them work space.

But the clutter and nautical decor on the walls makes it look kinda cozy---.

I know what you mean, I'm trying to do the same thing.


My 6 year old calls the workshop "The boat club". One of these days I ought to pull out the router and make up a sign to put over the workshop door with that saying.

A Dream Shop

I am just about the luckiest guy to have my setup. My wife has allowed me to completely take over our double car garage.

It is a cool setup (insulated; wired with lots of outlets; plumbed with air; lots of 8' lighting; dust collection & air filters) with a couple of benchs and plenty of wood/stuff storage. Also, includes my dream set of tools.

My 1930 Ford Roadster hot rod takes up most of one bay.

It's pretty much a dream come true.

I took a photo the other day for this thread. This is one of my shops, it is the outdoor shed/shop.

oh boy if I could get at list one of your work bench, I'll be so happy, I fight hard with my wife to get the right the build a new boat in our next apartment....
