I don't recall an Iron Dog either...
Thomas
A bigger Guillow's Iron Dog isn't ringing any bells for me. In terms of rubber kits- the only ones I know of are the Golden Age (I think there's a Diels kit too- his plans are super and could be enlarged and very scale) and the E-Z Built 24" and 35" version. I've built the EZ Built 24" version and it's a killer in contests (need to move the high point of the airfoil back) I'll lay long odds the 35" flies beautifully, but isn't going to be all that scale.
In larger sizes there was the Sterling P-63- I've got one of those kits....
PS. EZ built also did a display Mossie...
PPS- Call up Penn Valley Hobby Center, in Lansdale, PA. They have a lot of stuff not on their website- and they're pretty good about finding some out of production stuff.
