I think GWS's F-4 will be a 75mm actually, but I could be wrong.

Guys

A couple of quick points. I am familiar with the F-4 from E-do (nice jet), this one from Famous is bigger with a 70mm fan and runs on 4-cells (E-do is 64mm fan on 3 cells). It is faster and more powerful than the other F-4's that I have tested.

I really am enjoying all the 70mm jets that we are coming out with, their larger size is easier to keep track of and they are very solid in the air. I'm sure that some of the guys will perform various mod's on these, but they do not lack for power or performance in their stock form.

These are ARF's, complete except for the radio and charger. Everything else is included; servos, 70mm fan, outrunner brushless motor, 45A controller, 4S 2200mAh Lipo. They take about an hour or so to complete.

Another very nice thing about these is that the fan and electronics are very easily accessed, nice for the guys that want to tinker.

Most detailed, high performance yet cheap F-4

I have been looking for purchasing this sucker for a long time.

Time has changed. This is a new generation Chinese made larger formie with performance in mind. I am very happy about the look (scale or not, it's beautiful!) I contacted the manufacturer FMS. They said Hobby Lobby is the only reseller in America. But HL doesn't mention anything about it...

until now!

I have been trying to get parts for my GWS P-38 for 9 months... no more GWS planes for me...Mr Lin and his "order from china" policy is not how you keep loyal customers happy. I have begun to sell off my GWS planes for others.

I'll let this one pass!!!! I'd rather wait for the fly-fly twin 90mm f-4 anyways.

Kiwikid,
That one at Aerosmithobby looks pretty nice. I think I'm going to have more than one F-4.Maybe a squadron.

I might end up doing that too Sabre. I think the GWS F-4 might be the biggest of the current crop, but it will be a bucket load of work compared to the ARFs, tradeoff is that you can make a unique model.

Ok for those that have decided to get this plane(from hobby-lobby or from other places)...as of right now....hobby-lobby is offering the 1400 watt for 70mm fans Jetscreamer motor on sale for 59.90. Normal price is 109.90.
Im betting this motor will be a good deal more powerful then the included motor and it can go to 5s if you want. For those wanting really high speed performance, here ya go.

Thanks for posting. I probably would not have seen it, as I did not expect them to put these on sale so soon. May be the first really good deal there in a while.

Kiwikid,
I really want to see what the GWS bird is going to look like. Looks like it will be the last one out of the gate.
