Just to give those who may not have seen our field, I have attached an aereal shot.

I have indicated that parking willbe on the South side. Please try to park there. It will leasve us the best orientation and will shade us (possibly) from the sun later in the day.

the red horizontal lines are appoximately where we have cut deeply into the turf to indicate the North and south field boundaries.

The green center shaded are is the cut section of the field. the rest is higher grass.
The tall grass on the East and West sides will demarcate those boundaries.

Within these boundaries is the Launch/land area. To make your flight count, you must launch and land within those areas (within the contraints of F3K rules - will be discussed on field). F3K rules allows you to walk out of the zone to fly but you must be in the zone to launch and land.

Hope this helps

frank

Registration is now closed. If anyone still wishes to register can contact me to do so. Your frequency needs to be available to be able to register. Normally I will bend over backwards but I need to respect those who have registered and are getting ready for the contest.

Thank you to all who have registered. Your support is appreciated greatly. LISF and myself will do all in our power to offer the best contest we can.

Now let's have some fun this weekend!!!!

Sincerely,
Frank

Frank,

Considering that the AMA/LSF Nats are on in the US and a major hand launch competition is on in Germany, drawing away some of the usual ESL HLG competitors, you have a heck of a turn out. Nice Job!

Must be that after shave you are wearing, Essence of Lift!

This is one of the contests I will bend over backwards to attend.

It is close to me, and Frank is one great guy who runs a great contest.
My son Nick, is especially excited to come. His hockey tournament was cancelled this weekend, and he was glad because that meant he could go to Long Island!

We are both looking forward to this weekend.

Check the wind on Saturday it's going every which way. Should be very interesting. I like Frank's weather forecast better. But then again I don't have a sloper.

I told the guys to be there by 7:30 am. I will get there probably before that.

Do you need it to be earlier? I will get there and open up when you need it.

Oh man, since I crashed my Taboo at CRRC, I had to put a new plane together and didn't have time to work on any of my slopers - I was looking forward in going sloping with you

This year, Wilson is earlier, which means I may get to go to the Cape with you guyth...
