I'd like to comment about my positive experiences with RcSuperSales.
Have been shopping there for all my helicopter parts, and I'm very happy with the selection and speedy service. Kyle the president has been very helpful, supportive, and all around great to do business with.
I'm especially impressed with his excellent tracking of back ordered specialty parts, such as when the manufacturer hasn't delivered to their vendors in a long time.

Great service

I bought my Outrage G5 from RcSupersales. Unfortunately it exploded on one of the first packs when it was in the hover, due to some unknown fault.
I contacted Kyle the president/owner of RcSuperSales, with my problem and I must say that he really took fantastic care of this.
Within a week he had sent all the parts that needed replacing or were broken without any costs. Now how's that for service?
I highly recommend RcSuperSales without any doubt.

RCSuperSales for Overseas Military Customers

I recently purchased a T-Rex 500CF kit, with everything needed to put it in the air, from RCSuperSales. I talked and exchanged emails with Kyle and he built an order for me and put it in my shopping cart. I asked him to recommend a complete package and include plenty of spares, since I am far from any hobby shops. I added a few items and placed the order the next day. The packages started arriving within two weeks of placing my order (the heli kit was on backorder).

I could not be happier with the support and service I received from Kyle. To date, Kyle has received about one-half of my RC heli related purchases. Had I known about his shop earlier, he would have received about three-quarters of my business (I made a large used RTF heli purchase from a private seller). As Kyle told me during one of our conversations, if I want an item that is not on his website, let him know and he will find it.

Since I live overseas, all of my purchases are through the Internet and delivered via the USPS. Therefore, I pay particular attention to the shipping times and fees. Kyle's policy of using Priority Mail, free shipping for orders over $100, and military discounts make him the best vendor I have ever used.

RCSuperSales, a veteran-owned small business, will have all of my heli business from now on.

#1 heli retailer on line!(in my opinion)

Guys... I have never,and I do mean never, posted positive comments about any retailer in a forum before. Please understand that I work for a retailer that has "passionately focused on customer value" in the mission statement. I "LIVE" customer service! Anyway, I have recently started doing business with http://www.RcSuperSales.net expecting to wait 5-7 days for the parts to my honeybee cp2. I got my parts in 2, yes I said 2 days. After encountering a problem with one of the parts, I e-mailed the site and expected the worst. With in 1 day, to my surprise, I had an email back. Not only that but Kyle took the time to call me after to explain in detail what the email could not express. I was impressed to say the least but chalked it up to a one time experience. Well I ordered more parts form him and again, almost 3 weeks after the first order, and in 2 days time I had my parts.Kyle also included a personal message for my pertaining to things we discussed on the phone. He remembered me and my last order! Now remember the message was about something we talked on the phone about, not typed about! Guys and Gals, if you want great parts and the ultimate in customer service, Buy your helis and parts from RcSupersales.

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to say that my experience with RCSuperSales has been fantastic. I just ordered a Swift 16 kit and it should be here by Thursday. Kyle has been a great help and has answered my numerous emails. I am new to helis and he has done a great job dealing with my many noobish questions! I feel like giving Kyle my business over even my lhs. It is worth the wait! I am looking forward to ordering more from Kyle!

Have you considered reducing your shipping charges to Canada? I'd love to buy from you, but the shipping is nowhere close to being competitive.

guys, i have to say, i have been a regular patron at kyles store. he has always made it a point to that insure that every transaction went smoothly. if anything is wrong, he will not hesitate to make it right. excellent prices and customer service second to none. he has definitly earned my business, no worries here................td....

Done. I finally revamped all the S&H charges to the new prices and got the First Class S&H to Canada changed to the new prices. So should be good to go now.

I tried to order for the first time last night only to get webpages pop up saying the page requested wasn't available when I started the check out process. Then a page came up asking for all the information that I had put in when I registered. So filled it in, pressed Continue only to get the Page not found message again. That was enough for me. I sent an email about this last night but no reply to same. I'll probably end up ordering else where that has an actual working ordering process but I am waiting to hear a response to my email that this problem is fixed so I can maybe give it one more shot.

Sorry for the troubles. What email address did you send it to becasue I just went through my emails and have not seen any email pertaining to this situation.

Also what is your operating system and Browser you are using. I have not heard of this specific issue so I would just liek to check into it and make sure it was only a freak thing.

Personally I use Firefox for everything as it is more secure than IE and much easier to use IMO. I look forward in hearing abck from you. Feel free to PM me, email me again or give me a call.

I replied back to you via email. Hopefully we can get this sorted out, dang computers. This is the first time I have encountered this issue in 2 years of having the site open so I am hoping we can get this sorted out. Thanks again for taking the time and effor to let me know about it.
