Ok so i made an upgrade this week

The Team Losi 1/18th crawler is just like its big brother, good tires, lock diff, full time 4wd and a really nice 4.2ghz radio + high torque servo and crawler built motor.

I really like it. if you get one be sure to take the servo saver off "made a huge difference in crawling ability" , and i'm going to try and put some beebees in my tires tomarrow.

price 220.00ish

PS. sparky0068 i want to see more pictures of that first 6 wheeler your working on.

!!!

Heres a few pics of my ARTR AX-10.I need to get some front mounted batt packs and a new crawler ESC.The Hitec EZXR ESC does not have drag brakes and the truck wants to roll forward or backward on the rocks.I added f/r 4-link plates from TCS.Also added bent lower front links for the frontend. And of course the Integy 45T motor.

Here's the latest addition to my fleet. It's a AX10 with lots of heavy duty and aluminum upgrades. Also running a RC4WD R2D transmission with dig.

Dakar Rally Style Truck Crawler

Well this is my effort.

Axial Scorpion AX-10 kit.
Rooster Crawler.
X-Trail Chassis.
Modified Axial shocks.
Scratch built shell.
10 bulb LED lights inc blue fog lights.
Lots of alloy reinforcing, it will survive cliff face rollovers.

Despite it's size it is still an excellent crawler, and the way the body rolls around is great for that scale look. Just looking for a cheap Tamiya sound unit in the UK now, plus will fit a Heng Long tank smoke unit when I get the time.
