Question
Super Cheetah sheeting material?

This is for the guys like me who have been flying for a while. I have a super Cheetah sloper from the 1980s and want to build a faster wing using the same construction methods but I don"t have a clue as to what that heavy shiny construction paper sheeting was specifically. Anybody know?

Are you talking about Monokote or Ultracote?

If I recall correctly, it was called chromecoat. This doesn't refer to any metallic coating, it was just a heavy paper with a glossy finish on one side. Try a paper supplier.

Aeajr,
Not monokote or ultracote. The is a stiff skin you attach on top of the foam before applying mono/ultracote.

Georgeg,
Thanks, somehow "chromecote" does sound sightly familiar. I will check it out.

It is Chromecote alright. It is a Photography paper, I forget the weight.

There are plenty of alternatives to heavy paper. I'd look into obechi or something similar.
