Had the same trouble when i didnt make the groove deep enough. I epoxied mine in and made several trial fits before the final glueing.
If you can get it out redo it or if not don't worry, it wont effect the flight.

Biulding my new Zagi
I have a question about glueing the spars onto the Zagi. I glued them in last night and the short middle one is bulging out a little towards the wing root section. Should I have carved out the grooves to have it be more flush? I had this same problem with one of the long spars too. I tried putting some weights on top of them to hold them down overnight, but it did not work. Maybe something heaver?
I realize it probably won't affect flying too much, but was just curious if others have experienced this problem. I also learned that I should use gloves when using that darn sticky 3M 77 glue. I read a post earlier in the month saying that you don't need to use too much glue. That is sure not what the Zagi directions say, they want you to use the entire can !
